We provide each learner with a dedicated Account Manager who will:
- identify your specific language learning needs with you
- arrange for an initial assessment with a training consultant
- make recommendations on the most appropriate format for your training
- design a tailor-made learning programme, for your approval
- assign an appropriate trainer (or trainers) to deliver your in-company language lessons
- order your course materials and arrange for them to be delivered direct to you
- liaise with you and your trainer(s) to schedule and re-schedule lessons
- provide regular feedback on your progress
- adapt your learning programme, if necessary, to help accelerate progress
Language lessons can take place:
- at your office or at ours
- at any time from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday
- late evenings or weekends, if required
- in one-to-one lessons or small groups
- with online, email and telephone options
